CUSTOMS TARIFFS & FEES

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Important! The cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order placement confirmation.

Send us an email through the Contact Form within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. If your request complies with our Refund Policy, you will be refunded, no question to ask.

If confirmed, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days before it appears in the customer’s bank account. Please be aware, any customs tariffs and fees are not refundable.
